We understand plans change — here’s how cancellations and refunds work:
1. Cancellation by You
- 30+ days before trip start: Full refund (minus a 10% administrative fee)
- 15-29 days before trip start: 50% refund
- 14 days or less before trip start: No refund (but we can help reschedule your trip for a future date, subject to availability)
2. Cancellation by Us
- If we cancel a trip (due to low participation, safety issues, etc.), you will receive a full refund (or the option to switch to an alternative itinerary of equal value)
3. Refund Timeline
Refunds will be processed within 7-14 business days, and credited back to your original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
Some services (like non-refundable airline tickets, private tour deposits) are subject to the cancellation policies of our partners — we will share these details before you book.
